The first time we played pickleball was on a family trip down to Florida where we got absolutely smoked by the folks in the retirement community. And now it's time for our redemption tour!
So in this video we got a lesson from pickleball pro, Cobi Moore who helped prepare us to take on our opponents for this episode's challenge - two 4.0 rated players!

Wonder if there are people out there who are very fit with walking as their sole form of exercise movement, or maybe looking at diff types like walking with wrist weights, weighted vests, incline walking, speed walking

This is so useful! I'm used to tackle football. And this helps me a lot to change and switch my mind from sprinting towards the deffender and lower my body for the hit to take my time open up my body, slow down a bit and hide the flags. Thank you

That is terrible advice. It's far easier to fix your form before you have muscle memory than when you are squatting 300lb. You should strive for excellent form through all weight ranges as you progress
I think his point is that people will be too afraid to make progress over little mistakes that more than likely won’t hurt their progress. Having good form is very important but people are built differently and sometimes building up to certain weights or exercises requires different techniques

If powerlifters would do mobility work like Olympic Weightliftingers do they would have significantly less joint and pain issues. Sadly most powerlifters think mobility/stretching hurts their gains.
